Problem: I've forgotten my UserID or Password.

Possible Solutions: To retrieve a forgotten T3 UserID or Password, contact your administrator / educator.

Your UserID and Password were assigned to you when your T3 account was created. The T3 UserID and Password may be different from other user ID's or passwords that you may have for your facility's computer system.

Problem: I've forgotten the web address for my T3 online training site.

Possible Solutions: Contact your administrator / educator for the correct web address.

Your institution has a unique website for T3 online education. The address is usually something like: www.medcomrn.com/myfacilty where "myfacility" is your institution's unique ID. You can access the T3 site from work or home by entering the full address in your Internet browser's address bar as seen below.

Problem: I tried to sign in but get a message that my username or account does not exist.

Possible Solutions:

  1. Try retyping your UserID and Password. (This message is frequently the result of a misspelled UserID or Password).
  2. Confirm your UserID and Password with your administrator / educator, and be sure that you are attempting to log in at the correct website for your T3 online training.
  3. Your user account may not yet be setup. Contact your adminstrator / educator to create your account.

Problem: My search engine says it can't find my T3 education site.

Possible Solutions: Re-type the address in your browser's address bar. You may have typed the web address (URL) incorrectly, or you may have entered it in a search box instead of in your browser's address bar. See image below for correct location.
